A Story of Judicial Tyranny in the USA
The story of former attorney Bill A. Corbin, unlawfully stripped of his law license in 1998, is one that needs to be heard by all Americans. To see a brief summary of the horrors he and his family have suffered, click "OVERVIEW"... then hear Mr. Corbin's incredible story in his own words by watching a short four-minute YouTube video that he created. To review the actual complaints before the courts, click "LAWSUITS" on the navigation menu.

For over ten years he has been continuously fighting for his constitutional right to a day in court to correct the injustices done to him. Judges have systematically and illegally denied Corbin any opportunity to face his accusers in open court. He is determined to clear his name whatever it takes.

Over 3,000 pages of public records prove Corbin’s charges against the public officials that have never been denied for over fourteen years. Crist and McCollum have been using their high public offices to assure that he never gets a day in court to expose the truth of the unbelievable covered-up corruption!  Judges and Justices have been secretly contacted by those in power so that Corbin simply is not allowed a chance to be heard in open court, with over 325 federal and state laws being violated in the process. Other officials knowing what’s going on refuse to come forward with the truth so justice may finally be done.

The whole sordid saga began after Corbin won a lawsuit. Marianna attorneys

Matthew Fuqua, Frank Bondurant, Frank Baker, Jerry Little, Elizabeth Simpson, Glenda Swearingen, and Thayer

Marts, bankers Regions Bank, president Harold Donaldson and vice-president Larry Gilley, land title insurer Jack J. Brown, Jr. and Arthur Lee Williams, III, conspired in a racketeering scheme to get revenge. They bragged that they had connections with the Fla. Bar [Bar executive director Jack Harkness] to strip Corbin’s law license. They further drew into their scheme the state-employed powerful to carry out their plot, who now have taken criminal steps to cover-up the truth. This website contains free documents pertaining to the case aimed at clearing Corbin’s name.

Despite the thousands of pages of documents filed in Corbin's case over 10 years, all judges have refused to give him a day in court! Former Governor Charlie Crist and former Attorney General Bill McCollum are aware of this fact, yet for years never investigated it! Concerned citizens should ask the new Governor and Attorney General: WHY NOT?
